How Third-Party Tools & Processors Handle Your Data

  • Quotila (Forterro / Business Micros): Powers our interactive door designer. Data entered during configuration (design choices, contact info, uploaded house images) is processed to generate accuracy-checked product specs and quotes.  
  • Analytics & Performance: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process anonymized behavioural metrics and session interaction to improve site functionality. 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain quote submissions, contact details, and custom design specs for 12 months to follow up on your enquiry and process orders. If you enter into a contract for installation with us, project data is retained for the duration of your product guarantee/warranty period.
